I'm Mara Morgenblond, and here to be your assistent a.k.a. personal cheerleader to create a mess and be proud of it.
Others describe me as a creature that balances between boredom and overstimulation. And between chaos and hyperfocus. With a house that I find too boring or way too hysterical. And in it pets - a tomcat #bobdehufter and Dachshund #meneersjef - that I can't live without, but also drives me crazy. Fortunately, all of this is kept together by the love of my family, friends and my outlet: ARTifarteren.

& with guidance
In my lessons I try to provide just enough so that you can get started quickly & without chewing everything to a pulp, so that there is room for your own flow.
Please know that I'm not that kind of teacher that knows it all. I just try things & make mistakes.
My way of teaching is by think stuff out, make a plan, organise, make a NEW plan and organise again -repeat- and then in the end gather a group of people and get them enthousiastic.
When they start making I give true compliments to help them build confidence and from there their work improves.
My experience
Because of my background as a social-pedagogical worker and my job as a (Art)teacher with teenagers with special educational needs, I know that being able to express yourself creatively helps with... well, actually with being human in general. Getting out of your head and into your hands can be a good way to deal with emotions that you don't feel comfortable talking about.
To be fair: most student made better work than me. I was just there to help them gain enough selfconfidence, some supplies and a plan.
